that's a Yakima Boa roof rack fork mount. I had to shim it a good bit to get it to clamp to the BD frame. it's worked well this way with other bikes, but the pugs was kinda heavy for this and i had to stop every so often to tilt it away from the tire or it would rub. i think a better shim is in order (i used rubber 'fender' straps with gorilla tape) or maybe flipping the hitch around so it pivots away from the tire would work.
New Yakima Bike Rack
Decided to get a bike rack to make it easier for transporting my bike around, while keeping the bed free in my truck when I need it.
